By accessing or using Dubable (dubable.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dubable.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dubable. By using our service you confirm you meet this requirement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Dubable is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create websites using artificial intelligence. We offer:

• AI website generation using multiple models (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, DeepSeek)
• Website hosting on dubable.dev subdomains
• Custom domain connection
• Business tools (CRM, email, analytics)
• Credit-based and subscription pricing

Service Availability:

• Free tier: No uptime guarantee
• Pro tier: 99.9% monthly uptime target
• Business tier: 99.9% monthly uptime target with priority support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To use Dubable you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain one account per person
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at [email protected]
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may NOT use Dubable to:

Legal violations:

• Build websites that violate UAE law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• Create, distribute, or host illegal content including CSAM, terrorist content, or content promoting violence
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deception
• Violate any intellectual property rights

Platform abuse:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Dubable's AI prompts or systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Dubable's platform code, prompts, or proprietary systems
• Resell or sublicense access to Dubable without written permission from us
• Circumvent credit limits, billing, or any access controls
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier
• Use automated tools to generate excessive builds beyond normal usage

Content violations:

• Build websites containing hate speech, discrimination, or content offensive under UAE law
• Host spam, malware, or malicious content
• Collect user data illegally or without consent
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Dubable Platform: Dubable AI Cloud Services and Computer Systems - FZCO owns all rights to the Dubable platform, including its code, design, AI prompting systems, business logic, trademarks, and all proprietary technology. These are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Your Generated Content: You own the websites and content you generate using Dubable. We do not claim ownership of your generated websites.

License You Grant Us: By using Dubable, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve your generated content for the purpose of providing our service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

Trademarks: “Dubable”, “Dream it. Dub it. Done.” and the Dubable logo are trademarks of Dubable AI Cloud Services and Computer Systems - FZCO. You may not use them without written permission.

Credit System: Dubable uses a credit system for AI generation. Credits are purchased or included in subscriptions.

Refund Policy:

• Credits are non-refundable once used for AI generation
• Unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period

Expiry:

• Unused credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity
• Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless stated otherwise

Subscriptions:

• Auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of current billing period
• Price changes communicated 30 days in advance

Taxes:

• Prices shown exclusive of VAT where applicable
• UAE VAT (5%) applied where required by law

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate using Dubable and how you use it.

Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important information before publishing. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical purposes.

Content Moderation: We do not review all AI-generated content. However we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

AI Provider Terms: Your use of AI features is also subject to the terms of our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek). We are not responsible for changes to their services or policies.

Dubable is built using open source software. A full list of dependencies and their licenses is available at dubable.dev/licenses.

Our use of open source components does not grant you any rights to Dubable's proprietary code, prompts, or systems. The open source licenses listed apply only to those specific packages, not to Dubable as a whole.

Dubable is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Suitability of generated websites for your specific business needs

We are not responsible for:

• How you use websites built with Dubable
• Third party services connected to your account
• Loss of data due to your own actions
• Business outcomes from using Dubable

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Dubable is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By You: You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data per our Privacy Policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account shows signs of fraud or abuse
• Required by law or court order

We will provide notice where legally possible. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of used credits or current subscription period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

For any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Dubable, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting [email protected].

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
