Platform Rules

1. Acceptable Use

Dubable is a platform for building websites and web applications using AI. You may use Dubable for personal, educational, and commercial projects. You agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws in the UAE and your jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Dubable to create, host, or distribute:

• Content that is illegal under UAE law or international law
• Websites that promote violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Fraudulent or deceptive websites designed to scam users
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Websites containing malware, phishing, or harmful code
• Adult or explicit sexual content
• Gambling platforms that violate UAE regulations
• Websites impersonating other businesses, brands, or individuals

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized users. Each account is intended for use by a single individual or organization. Team access is available through Business and Enterprise plans.

4. AI Usage Guidelines

When using Dubable's AI to generate websites, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing. The AI may occasionally generate inaccurate or inappropriate content. You must review all output and ensure it meets your standards and complies with these platform rules before making it publicly available.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all websites and content you create using Dubable. Dubable does not claim any rights to your projects. However, you must ensure that the content you create does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. This includes images, text, logos, and code.

6. Fair Usage & Resource Limits

Dubable credit allocations are intended for normal website building activities. Automated or scripted usage that generates excessive API calls, attempts to circumvent usage limits, or abuses the AI systems may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

7. Data & Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Project data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Enforcement

Dubable reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We may remove published content that violates these guidelines without prior notice. Appeals can be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of any enforcement action.

9. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content on Dubable that violates these rules, please report it to [email protected]. We review all reports and take appropriate action within 48 hours.

10. Changes to These Rules

We may update these platform rules from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and through the What's New section in your dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
